How to buy

Simply contact us via email or by phone stating the item you are interested in. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer or paypal payment. If paying by cheque, the item will be placed 'on hold' until the cheque has cleared. Paypal payments are accepted but will require an additional charge to cover the fees.

Viewing in person

Not all of our website stock is available to view at Bristol Reclamation, therefore you're welcome to come and view specific items at our warehouse in Bedminster Bristol by appointment. Contact us for more information.

Buying online

Because most of our customers purchase though our site, and base their decisions on the images and descriptions we provide, we ensure that our images are as large and detailed as possible and that our descriptions are clear and accurate. For additional photos and further details re condition, do contact us and we will go into more detail either by email or over the phone.

Shipping and Delivery

Over the last few years we have established strong links with courier firms who specialise in shipping fragile items and antique furniture. As a result, we will be able to help you get a competative delivery quote within minutes. Simply contact us, describing the item you are interested in, and providing your postcode. We will contact you as soon as we have a quote. The item will be packaged and then cling wrapped to protect it in transit. The courier company will then contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund and support you in getting the item returned to us.
